About the Role
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of silicon IPs and acoustic SAW/BAW technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing RF circuits such as LNAs, switches, and filters, conducting detailed analysis of integrated MCMs using EM analysis tools, and leading lab evaluations while contributing to test automation.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing RF circuits.
- Fluency in either Ansys HFSS, ADS momentum or Cadence Clarity.
- Experience with Virtuoso design environment from schematic capture to EM simulation.
- Design experience for at least one of the following: LNA, RF switches, acoustic filters.
- Hands-on experience with using RF lab equipment.
- MS/PHD in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
