About the Role
As a Principal Engineer 4, you will lead complex technical discussions and projects, validate technical solutions, manage technical risks, and provide oversight to engineering teams. You will also prepare client-specific solutions and drive the development of project artifacts necessary for success. This position focuses on technical leadership rather than personnel management, supporting projects ranging from $50 million to over $200 million.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 7+ years recent experience in the construction industry with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Detailed, motivated, self-starter; must be able to work independently and lead in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Background in design and engineering of mission-critical facilities.
- Interest in the manufacture of modular builds for electrical construction.
- Willingness to obtain Professional Engineer license highly preferred.
- Experience with software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS Office, ETAP/SKM, AGI32, etc. highly preferred.
