About the Role

As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and architecting scalable AI solutions, leading the development of AI agents for lending processes, integrating Large Language Models, and collaborating with data teams to define data strategies. You will also provide mentorship to engineers and ensure the performance and security of AI-driven solutions.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of designing and building complex, enterprise-grade applications.
Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, particularly in Large Language Models and agentic systems.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, React.js, and Angular.
Strong cloud computing experience, particularly with AWS.

Preferred:

Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
Research publications in the field of AI agents or LLMs.
