About the Role
As a Principal Engineer, you will design and develop high-quality, scalable software products for GenAI and LLM-based systems, lead research on securing Generative AI frameworks, and architect robust frameworks to govern AI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
About You
Required:
- 12-15 years of experience in software engineering with AI/ML and security, including 3+ years specializing in GenAI and LLMs.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining GenAI workflows, including fine-tuning LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with cloud solutions using APIs, containers, and microservice architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in cloud environments.
- Understanding of data and AI regulatory and security frameworks.
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale unstructured data processing, including NLP and computer vision.
- Familiarity with version control tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Advanced programming skills in Python.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent to Agent (A2A) protocols.
