About the Role
As a Principal, you will collaborate across the business to provide strategic direction and technical expertise in EHS consulting. Your responsibilities will include client engagement, project management, team leadership, business development, and thought leadership in the environmental consulting sector.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
- At least 13 years of progressive consultancy experience in project management and client engagement focusing on environmental due diligence, EHS compliance, and/or air quality.
- Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations, multimedia permitting and compliance, and Phase I ESA assessments.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven record of successful business development, including building client relationships and securing new projects.
