About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, ecology, urban planning, engineering, or similar discipline.
- 10+ years of experience managing environmental planning, permitting, siting, and/or energy projects in Texas and the Gulf Region.
- Extensive experience with state and federal regulations, including NEPA, CWA, ESA, and CCN filings for PUCT.
- Demonstrated expertise in environmental planning and permitting for energy infrastructure, data centers, and/or CCUS projects.
- Strong technical writing, strategic problem-solving, and project management skills.
