About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D of fiber-based medical products.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering team management experience within organizations operating under ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
- Demonstrated experience leading programs from design input through transfer to production.
- Strong project management skills, including reporting and executive-level presentation capabilities.
- Hands-on laboratory experience involving optical, electrical, mechanical, and electronic testing of fiber medical products.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced development environment.
- Experience working within structured, controlled product development processes.
- Knowledge of FDA QSR.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485.
- Knowledge of EU MDR.
- Knowledge of ISO 14971.
- Knowledge of IEC 60601.
- Knowledge of IEC 60825.
- Knowledge of IEC 62366.
