- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of technology role experience.
- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills.
- Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders.
- Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience.
- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries.
- Track record of leading end to end problem solving.
- Ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate strategic solutions with self-initiative.
