About the Role
As a Principal Manager, Technical Program Management, you will lead a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers, define strategy, set priorities, and establish execution rhythms to deliver measurable outcomes. You will own the full incident management lifecycle, drive programs that strengthen reliability for large-scale identity services, and improve engineering efficiency through automation. Additionally, you will represent the team in executive forums and influence long-term strategy for reliability in mission-critical identity services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- 4+ years of experience as a people manager leading and developing high-performing teams.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in managing Technical Program Management teams delivering reliability for large-scale cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in live site operations, including incident detection and response.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
