About the Role
As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design vision and execution for innovative monetization capabilities. Your responsibilities include shipping high-quality AI experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring user needs are met through effective design practices. You will also stay updated on AI innovations and integrate them into product designs, while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience in product or service design.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 8+ years experience in product or service design.
- OR equivalent experience in product or service design.
Preferred:
- A portfolio demonstrating experience designing world-class consumer products from vision through launch.
- Proven track record of setting design vision for innovative products.
- Experience with generative AI and integrating AI into products.
- High craft in design work and ability to translate vision into polished prototypes.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
