As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing technology-driven process transformation initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders, agile development teams, and AI-focused external partners. Your role will focus on driving efficiency through AI and automation, requiring hands-on workflow optimization experience and strong cross-functional leadership.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of professional experience in business process optimization, product management, or technology enablement.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and AI-driven workflow optimization.
- Hands-on experience with process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) and Agile delivery.
Preferred:
- Certifications in process improvement or product management.
- Industry experience in healthcare, finance, or professional services.
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
