interface.ai is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Platforms) to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves owning the vision, roadmap, and execution for the Interface Self-Service Platform and the Core Agentic AI Platform.
About the Role
As Principal Product Manager - Platforms, you will be responsible for building and evolving core AI platforms, tools, and orchestration engines that enable product configurability, dynamic workflows, scalable deployment of interfaces, and internal governance. You will define the platform vision, align it with product lines, and drive cross-team alignment and adoption.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in product management, including experience in platform, AI, or developer product teams.
- Prior background in engineering (3-4 years of experience and formal CS degree).
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS architectures, config-driven systems, and platform abstractions.
- Experience owning multi-tenant platforms with internal tools, admin dashboards, or governance workflows.
- Comfort working across engineering, design, research, and customer teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with orchestration engines, AI frameworks, or workflow builders.
- Familiarity with developer portals, permission systems, and large-scale internal platforms.
- Background in product-led growth models that depend on platform scalability and configurability.
