Summary
PolicyMe is seeking a Principal Product Manager to join their remote team. The role involves leading and scaling their Health Insurance business with end-to-end ownership over the product vision, strategy, and execution.
About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and own the product vision, evolve the product strategy, and drive end-to-end execution and delivery. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals, while also measuring success and iterating based on data-driven insights.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of extensive product management experience in similar roles.
- Track record of success in growing D2C digital products and building best-in-class experiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech or insurtech.
- Experience scaling products and product teams at high-growth companies.
