SoFi is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Fraud, Risk & ML Platform to lead the strategy and roadmap for their innovative financial services platform in San Francisco, CA.
About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the multi-year vision for the Fraud, Risk & ML Platform, focusing on self-serve onboarding, reliability at scale, and superior developer experience. You will direct the MLOps lifecycle, partner with internal product teams to enhance platform adoption, and drive stakeholder alignment for various use cases. Your role will also involve establishing governance for scalability, defining success metrics, and educating partner teams on platform capabilities.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
- Deep familiarity with APIs, event-driven systems, high-throughput data pipelines, and ML lifecycle.
Preferred:
- Experience with risk decisioning, rules engines, and risk mitigations.
- Background in building or scaling Generative AI for task-automating agents.
