- A minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the payments or financial technology industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of payment processing systems and invoicing platforms.
- An MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience in managing and mentoring product managers.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and methodologies.
