About You
- 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in ecosystem coordination, partner management, or community-facing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate governance processes, working groups, or standards-body activities across multiple independent organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand distributed-systems architecture at a conceptual level.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and competing stakeholder needs.
- Experience in open-source ecosystem management, developer relations, or standards-body coordination.
- Familiarity with blockchain or distributed ledger technology.
- Technical background (engineering degree, prior development experience, or similar).
- Experience coordinating across product and engineering teams in a matrixed organization.
