You will drive complex, enterprise-scale product development across areas such as Predictive & Dynamic Audience Management, Cross-Channel Expansion, and Journey Orchestration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing is essential to deliver high-impact products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience equivalent.
10+ years of experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment, preferably in MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or Customer Engagement Platforms.
Experience in building, using, or improving industry-leading Marketing Technology Platforms, Audience Management Platforms, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
Subject Matter Expertise in dynamic audience management, predictive segmentation, campaign management, messaging channels, and Journey Orchestration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
At least 5 years of experience writing requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
Experience with relevant data protection regulations and standards (CCPA, GDPR, etc.).

Preferred:

Understanding of Data Modeling, Identity Resolution, Attribute Management, APIs.
Knowledge of integrating audience data with downstream activation systems.
Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to launch in an agile environment.
