Summary

About the Role
As a Principal Product Owner, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Empower's capabilities and engage with various stakeholders to make data-driven product development decisions. You will collaborate with sales, pricing, and marketing teams, maintain the product roadmap, and document customer interactions to drive high-value feature additions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Life Science, or related scientific discipline; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 8+ years of experience using liquid chromatography and laboratory data systems, with hands-on experience with Empower CDS.
Preferred:
- Experience with non-chromatographic analytical instruments in the QA/QC environment.
- An appreciation of APIs and third-party software integrations.
- Basic analytical and financial acumen.
- Understanding of the regulatory compliance space of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
