About the Role
As a Principal Product Specialist, you will define comprehensive requirement specifications for advanced simulation tools, serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with global teams, develop training materials, mentor junior engineers, and act as a bridge between customers and R&D to ensure product evolution aligns with customer feedback.
About You
Required:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 12 years’ experience, MS with 10 years’ experience, or PhD with 7 years’ experience.
- Extensive commercial experience developing HFSS methodologies for semiconductor or RF simulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of delivering state-of-the-art results on complex engineering problems.
- Expert-level proficiency with HFSS, SIwave, and Icepak/Mechanical tools.
- Python programming skills for automation and tool customization.
- Experience managing and mentoring small technical teams.
Preferred:
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable software roadmaps and technical plans.
- Innovative and proactive mindset, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
