About the Role

As a Principal AI Researcher, you will conduct cutting-edge research in AI topics that influence Intuit's fintech offerings. You will lead a team of experts, develop advanced capabilities, and engage with the academic community through publications and presentations. Your responsibilities include technical leadership in areas such as Language Agents, Neuro Symbolic AI, and Machine Learning, while mentoring junior researchers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About You

Required:

PhD in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Statistics/Applied Mathematics or a related field with focus on AI/ML.
7+ years of relevant work experience post PhD.
Established track record of publication in top tier AI conferences.
10+ years experience in conducting theoretical or applied research.
Experience with developing and debugging in Python with Tensorflow, Pytorch, or similar frameworks.
Deep technical expertise in machine learning.

Preferred:

Experience in neuro-symbolic AI or robust and/or explainable AI.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excitement about the future of Money, Payments, and FinTech.
