About the Role

As a Principal SAP TM Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team, contributing to various phases of the consulting lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include defining problems, proposing solutions, guiding teams on project processes, and contributing to client training and internal capability building. You will also shape consulting solutions that help clients adapt to the global landscape.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred:

At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation programs with strong experience in SAP Transportation Management module.
Experience in Chemicals or other Process industries.
Hands-on experience in SAP TM in S/4HANA implementation programs.
Ability to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, and test data setup.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge/certification of S4 HANA and Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
Strong client-facing experience and analytical skills.
Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery.
