About the Role
As a Principal Scientist, Immunology, you will be responsible for leading data generation efforts, managing a team of wet-lab biologists, and collaborating with stakeholders across biology, computational sciences, and chemistry. You will interpret data, propose next steps, and maintain collaborations with internal and external partners to facilitate studies.
About You
Required:
- MS with 15+ years of experience in preclinical drug discovery within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven expertise in leading at least one cross-functional drug discovery program.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the development of small molecules.
- Ability to work with urgency around changing priorities.
- Sophisticated problem-solving skills and data interpretation.
