About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, urban planning, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), engineering, biology, ecology, or similar discipline.
- 12+ years of experience leading electric transmission line and substation siting projects in the State of Texas.
- 8+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing project schedules and budgets.
- 5+ years of experience leading project pursuits and direct client communication.
- 5+ years of experience with Certificates of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) for the PUC of Texas.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with siting projects outside Texas, such as in the Central or Southern US.
- Experience in siting renewable energy projects like wind and solar.
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and related GIS tools.
- Experience with statistical analysis and expert witness testimony.
