- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience working in the Kubernetes ecosystem, with a preference for building Kubernetes operators or distributions.
- Strong proficiency in Go or other well-structured programming languages.
- Experience with large-scale, cross-platform, multi-tenant distributed systems.
- Experience in building systems automation over operational tasks.
- Knowledge of observability and reliability practices for sustainable systems.
