About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 8 years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in system architecture and scalable design patterns.
- Proven experience as a senior or principal engineer in distributed, large-scale, or high-availability systems.
- Deep technical knowledge in performance optimization, observability, fault-tolerant architecture, chaos testing, or cloud-native design.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- A track record of delivering robust systems focused on scale, uptime, and performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence architectural decisions.
Benefits
