Summary

About the Role
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the vision and technology for the Ansible user experience, collaborating with various engineering teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities include guiding the user experience, participating in product release cycles, mentoring engineers, and executing UI modernization strategies.
About You
Required:
- Significant experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and Playwright.
- Experience delivering enterprise-level applications and/or solutions.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Agile methodologies.
- Significant experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.
- Experience with Linux and SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
- Team leadership experience and ability to influence and inspire.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experience with container management platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Open-source project experience.
