About the Role
As a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls, you will partner with Program Managers and Cost Account Managers to ensure timely financial inputs and reporting. Your responsibilities will include variance analysis, Earned Value (EV) and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development, internal financial planning, and risk identification related to cost and schedule. You will also assist in proposal activities and contract modifications.
About You
Required:
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to ensure program performance.
- Experience with Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Proficiency with SAP suite including APEX, PRISM, RPlan, and AO Reporting.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Preferred:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence in a matrix organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated.
- Ability to mentor junior analysts.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Raytheon Technologies financial and accounting policies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions.
