About the Role
As a Principal, Strategy & Ops, you will serve as a strategic thought leader, conducting deep dives on strategic topics, building executive-ready presentations, and ensuring operational consistency across the portfolio. You will partner with various teams to manage interdependencies and drive alignment with eBay's initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of related experience, including 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or in a strategy or planning role at a major corporation.
- Industry experience in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech.
- BA/BS required.
Preferred:
- MBA or similar graduate degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to project manage a group of peers and lead through influence.
