About You
- Minimum 15+ years conducting or leading T&E for complex C4ISR/EW/SIGINT or mission-planning systems, including 5+ years in senior or lead T&E roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated test strategies and schedules for multi-stakeholder DoD programs.
- Strong understanding of operational, developmental, and integrated test processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Test & Evaluation, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience with SOF systems or intelligence community T&E programs.
- Familiarity with F3EAD-aligned capabilities and operational mission profiles.
