About the Role
As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will lead interdisciplinary approaches to systems engineering, establish and document top-level requirements, integrate technical requirements, analyze system performance, and mentor junior engineers. You will also collaborate with clients to identify technical needs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years.
- 3+ years of experience operating under a medical device / Life Sciences Quality Management System.
Preferred:
- Experience developing complex Life Sciences instruments.
- Expertise in areas such as Physics/Optics, Electrical/Electronic Development, Fluidic systems, Mechanical Design, and Software Development.
