About the Role
As a Print/Insert Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing production operations, preparing presort mail, maintaining SOP documentation, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will also document production data and collaborate with other team leads to meet production deadlines.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year or more experience in production operations and machine operation.
- 1 year or more experience as a team or shift leader, lead operator, or quality inspection.
Preferred:
- 1 year or more Supervisory / Team Lead experience.
