As a Printing Press Production Supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of operators, monitor processes to minimize downtime, enforce quality control measures, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide mentorship to employees. You will also communicate production status to management and support activities related to cost analysis and corrective actions.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 4 years' experience in a related field.
Preferred:
- Leadership experience.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills.
