Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Printing Services Coordinator to join their University Marketing/Communications department in Harvey, MI. About the Role
As a Printing Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers, processing orders, monitoring emails, and assisting in file preparation for production. You will also educate customers on the department's capabilities and services, while ensuring that their requirements are professionally met.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduation or Equivalent.
- Two years' experience working in a print shop or customer service related environment or with graphic design, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of a variety of print production equipment, e.g., digital imaging press, color copiers/printers, bindery.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Benefits
- Non-Exempt status with eligibility for overtime.
- Traditional Monday - Friday work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
