As a Private Banking Associate, you will coordinate with clients for wire transfers, deposits, and account maintenance. You will open accounts for Private Bankers, maintain reporting and CRM updates, review operational reports, and provide operational support for loan transactions. The role requires strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while maintaining professional communication.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years banking or financial services experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- Associate degree or other relevant professional certification.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
- Ability to handle shifting schedules and priorities.
