Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Private Client Account Manager to join their team in Clearwater, FL. The role involves managing an assigned book of business with a focus on client retention through exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Private Client Account Manager, you will handle client inquiries regarding coverage changes, collaborate with producers and marketing teams for new and renewal business, complete applications and billing tasks, and maintain customer accounts in the agency automation system. Your goal will be to provide outstanding service and support to clients while ensuring effective management of their insurance needs.
About You
Required:
- Current Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license.
- Thorough understanding of High Value Personal Lines insurance underwriting, carriers, coverages, rating procedures and industry operations.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, carriers and prospects.
- College degree desirable; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Sagitta Agency Management System and ImageRight.
- Experience in soliciting increases in coverage or rounding out accounts through sales.
