About the Role
As a Vice President in Private Credit- Underwriting, you will work with senior and junior members to conduct due diligence on new opportunities, perform in-depth sector and company research, prepare credit investment memoranda, assist with negotiations of term sheets and credit documentation, and monitor portfolio company results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of private credit or substantially similar experience.
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills, including ability to independently create flowing, 3-statement financial projection models.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Strong academic record and job performance.
