As a Private Duty Home Health Aide, you will work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, assisting with mobility, personal care, and monitoring client conditions. Responsibilities include providing companionship, documenting changes in client conditions, and ensuring a safe care environment while following care plans and professional standards.
About You
Required:
- CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred.
- Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks.
- Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired.
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
- Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow all care protocols.
