About the Role
As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act. Your duties will include administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with the client's care team. You will work flexible hours, providing care for 6 - 8 hours three times a week, and will be expected to maintain accurate medical records and follow agency policies.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in the state of operation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements.
