- Current Illinois RN or LPN license.
- Private Duty experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Recent TB test (within last year).
- Yearly Physical document.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with gastric tube feedings.
- Experience with trach care/suctioning.
- Ventilator skills.
- Injections and ostomy care.
