About the Role
As a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for delivering compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your duties will include maintaining accurate patient records, communicating effectively with patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. You will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours, contributing to the quality of life for patients and their families.
About You
Required:
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State.
- Current CPR certification.

We are a Private Duty Nursing organization with clients and nurses across the state. We provide in-home nursing care for medically intensive patients so that they can remain at home with their loved ones. The majority of our cases are pediatric, ranging from a few months of age all the way to 18 years old. We also have several patients over the age of 18. Our patients have a variety of conditions and equipment such as trachs, vents and G/J tubes. We provide in-depth, case-specific orientation for every nurse starting a case. We also offer benefits such as paid vacation time, medical insurance and, best of all, a lower stress working environment than that of many facilities like hospitals and nursing homes.
