Inventure is seeking a Private Equity Capital Raising Associate to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves sourcing and developing new Limited Partner relationships and supporting investor engagement.
About the Role
As a Capital Formation Associate, you will help source and develop new Limited Partner (LP) relationships and support investor engagement across RIAs, family offices, and endowments. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, managing outreach, building relationships with key stakeholders, and assisting with presentations, DDQs, and RFPs. This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one and strong exposure to the fundraising process.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in private equity, investor relations, or business development.
- Cold calling experience.
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for private equity and capital formation.
