About the Role
As an Operations Manager within Crowe’s Performance Improvement department, you will engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute value-creation strategies. Your responsibilities will include working in a client-facing role, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools, and delivering results on-site at client locations across the U.S. and possibly internationally.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience with Private Equity clients/firm (M&A deals) especially in Manufacturing & Distribution.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
