About the Role
As a Private Pay Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for billing and collections for Landis Communities' private pay residents. Your duties will include maintaining census records, processing payments, handling accounts receivable collections, and providing backup support to the Senior Billing Specialist. You will also assist with financial, administrative, and clerical tasks within the Finance department.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous billing and collections experience in the long-term care field or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of general ledger and accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient in the use of computers and related technology.
- Good verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
