About the Role
About You
- Graduation from an accredited dental school with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDM) degree.
- Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Texas.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registrations for writing prescriptions.
- Current Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Experience in a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) environment.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission accreditation process and requirements.
