About the Role
As a PRN Home Health PT Supervisor, you will supervise physical therapy assistants in various locations, develop and implement therapy treatment plans for home health patients, establish treatment goals, document progress, and communicate updates to relevant parties. You will also conduct research on physical and functional problems related to patient care.
About You
Required:
- Current California Professional License.
- 2 years of clinical experience as a therapist.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a home health setting.
- Current CPR certification.
