About the Role
As a PRN Home Infusion RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care using smart technology. Your daily tasks will include administering infusions, performing ongoing assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Preferred:
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
