About the Role
As a Home Infusion RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care using smart technology. Your daily tasks will include administering infusions, performing ongoing assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Proficiency in medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Preferred:
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
