About the Role
As a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting daily resident rounds, administering medications and treatments as per physicians' orders, and maintaining accurate documentation of care provided. You will also be expected to report any issues to your supervisor and take corrective actions as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to San Antonio, TX before starting work.
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
