About the Role
As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will provide excellent care and customer service to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include evaluating new patients, developing and revising plans of care, setting measurable goals, treating patients, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
About You
Required:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Experience in evaluating and treating patients in a healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
