About the Role
As a PRN Research Assistant, you will assist Clinical Research Coordinators and Research Nurses in conducting Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring compliance with trial protocols and regulations. Your responsibilities will include recruiting study subjects, managing study-related activities, documenting data, and maintaining communication with the study team. You will work in a clinic-based environment, primarily during overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
About You
Required:
- Relevant work experience in a clinical environment.
- Ability to work overnight, weekend, and some holidays.
- Knowledge of clinical trials and medical terminology.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- BLS certification.
- Other certifications applicable to clinical degree or program (e.g., medical assistant, medical technician, phlebotomy).
- Specialized knowledge of the unique needs of patients in assigned therapeutic areas.
- 1-2 years of experience in human life sciences/biomedical research.
- AA/AS or BA/BS in life sciences or educational equivalent.
